Ballads of Suburbia by Stephanie Kuehnert - I was so shocked when this came in the mail because I forgot I entered a contest and I never thought I'd win because... well... I've never won ANYTHING in my entire life (true story. lol). Turns out I also won a copy of The Devouring... which I just bought so I guess when it arrives I'll being my first contest! Yay!
